Sears appliance repair is the worst place to get any appliance repaired. They charge extreme prices, then they harass you with more than ten survey questions to your cell phone. If you don't take the survey they will keep calling you many times each day until you take the survey. The only way to get them to stop is to sign on to a web site they give you. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I would rather have another triple heart bypass than go through that again. Sears sucks, Charles E. Milder
